Six-week course for women with high sensitivity, with elements of art-making and eurythmy movement
Coming to ones self by discovering the gift of Sensitivity.
The course includes simple colour and line work on paper, body awareness exercises, meditations, listening exercises, and Eurythmy movement based on Life processes.

The course begins the growth of roots for a foundation for the basics. It will help you to accept, affirm and to manage your experiences in high sensitivity.
First, we develop basic HSP skills:
1. From high excitability to clear thinking.
2. From perfectionism to heart-centred care.
3. From being entangled in many possibilities to sticking to what your heart chooses.
4. From inner and outer conflicts to inner balance.
Then we work towards unfolding the HSP potential:
5. Having compassion without dissolving into others.
6. Listening to your inner voice in order to act in harmony with yourself.
7. Being able to wonder in order to feel connected to the essential.
Finally, we bring to fruition what we have learnt along the way, as if in an octave.
8. Arrival, fulfilment and progression at the same time.

The special feature of our course is its systematic structure according to topics which are adapted to the different layers of our personality. The basis for the personality layers in this course is twofold: first, the Eightfold Path of the Buddha, as taught 3000 years ago; and second, the beatitudes of the Sermon on the Mount. Both of these sources take up the complex structure of mind and body in a similar way, and subdivide it into eight basic principles. Rudolf Steiner worked out the similarities between these two sets of teachings. These sources and their approaches form the basis for this course.
